Operations Coordinator

TBI US Operations, Inc., located at the Sanford International Airport is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.

An Operations Coordinator will:

  • Provide safe terminal and ramp management.
  • Assure compliance with minimum standards and regulations relating to all tenants.
  • Record aircraft arrivals, departures, and other data for billing purposes.
  • Maintains working environment and equipment in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
  • Respond and coordinate security and emergency incidents, including those emergencies that occur off duty hours.
  • Enforce construction rules and contractor compliance.
  • Act as liaison between all airlines, tenants, contractors, and federal agencies
  • Perform administrative duties, data entry, and report writing as requested
  • Make notifications for service of ad hoc airline flights and other related activities.
  • Provide customer service to passengers, tenants, contractors, and airlines
  • Receive and prioritize work order requests for equipment and building facility maintenance.
  • Perform facility and systems inspections.
  • Report and collect applicable fees for services.
  • Resolve conflicts between parties or issues.
  • Prepare written and oral reports on operations and incidents as needed.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
  • Skill in effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other TBI employees, airline employees and Customs and Border Protection officers.
  • Prior Dispatch, customer service or operational experience preferred.
  • Present a neat professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must possess a valid FL Drivers License.

    Automotive/Diesel Technician

    TBI US Operations, Inc., located at the Sanford International Airport is currently looking for a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic to join our team.

    A GSE Mechanic will:

  • Provides routine and comprehensive maintenance of fuel trucks.
  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of all ground support equipment including, but not limited to, tugs, belt loaders, push backs and jet bridges.
  • Responds to emergency calls for ground support equipment assistance.
  • Inspects ground support equipment and their components for the purpose of ensuring safety and identifying necessary repairs and providing an ongoing program of preventative maintenance.
  • Maintains tools and equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items in safe operating condition.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
  • Ability to operate equipment used in semiskilled trades, power and hand tools, etc.

    System and Network Administrator

    As Systems Administrator you will:

  • Maintains DELL/HP based WAN, LAN, wireless networks, VPNs, and routing protocols
  • Ensuring Uptime of all data center systems and servers
  • Provides support for connectivity or related network/communication issues for the user community
  • Provides help desk support
  • Proactive monitoring and provisioning of resources within our virtual environment
  • Responsible for Systems Security and Intrusion Prevention
  • Monitoring of systems and networks
  • Ensuring the quality of application delivery across the WAN and LAN
  • Assist management with project planning
  • Documentation of System/Network Processes and Procedures
  • Make sure systems/networks are patched and up-to-date
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an enterprise-scale data centers working in a multi-vendor hardware/software environment
  • Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed
  • Skill in effective oral and written communication
