Facility Appearance Agent

The Facility Appearance Agent’s role is to clean all areas of the terminals, welcome center, covered parking area, and customs area.

Major Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Collect and remove trash
  • Vacuum all carpet areas
  • Clean and mop all restrooms
  • Clean outside sidewalk areas
  • Clean all dispensers
  • Clean windows
  • Clean offices and TSA area
  • Comply with all security requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Take all reasonable and necessary precautions to ensure personal health and safety, as well as that of co-workers and any other person(s)
  • Report immediately to management, all unsafe and unhealthy conditions
  • Report immediately to management, all occurrences that cause injury or damage to any person or property
  • Comply with OSI’s Environmental Safety and Health program and procedures
  • Qualifications:

  • Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed

    • Part Time

    Ramp Agent I

    The Ramp Agent I’s role is to load and unload baggage, direct all departing and arriving aircraft, operate ground equipment and vehicles, service the aircraft, communicate with flight deck and fellow workers, all while maintaining safety and security of the ramp. Ramp Agent I works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, with potentially hazardous aviation jet fuel and gasoline.

    Major Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Operate equipment to move baggage to and from aircraft
  • Marshal aircraft in and out of the gate area
  • Service aircraft and ground equipment as needed
  • Load and unload customer luggage on and off aircraft
  • Maintain safety and security on the ramp
  • Communicate efficiently with ground personnel and flight crews
  • Practice all safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with all security and policy requirements of air carriers
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights
  • Other duties as assigned

    The Passenger Service Agent’s role is to provide friendly customer service for airline passengers including but not limited to computerized passenger check-in, baggage service, greeting arriving passengers, jetway operation and providing special assistance as required.

    Major Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Computerized Check-in of passenger and baggage up to 50 pounds
  • Verify passenger documentation for correct boarding pass and bag identification
  • Comply with all security requirements of air carriers
  • Assist passengers with flight reservation and rescheduling flight
  • Operation of Jetway for arriving and departing flights
  • Announcements for boarding of flight and flight arrival
  • Assist passengers upon arrival
  • Communicate pertinent information with passengers
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Collect and remove trash from cabin, seat back pockets, galleys and lavatories.
  • Vacuum aircraft floors
  • Clean mirrors in lavatories and aircraft windows
  • Clean passenger food tray
  • Clean overhead bins
  • Replenish any airline material to seat back pockets
  • Perform security check
  • Comply with all security requirements of air carriers
  • Other duties as assigned
