The Sanford Airport Authority believes that today’s students are the future leaders of aviation. Therefore, the Authority created two scholarship opportunities to assist students in pursuing their dreams.
Two scholarships, in the amount of $2,500 each, will be awarded to a graduating senior enrolled at a Seminole County Public High School who has been accepted to attend a College or University where they will pursue a four-year degree in Aviation or a Vocational School where they will pursue training resulting in FAA Certificates in programs such as Airframe and Power Plant (A & P), Avionics, etc.
Completed applications should be submitted via email to scholarships@osaa.net, along with a copy of your high school transcript by April 2, 2026. Scholarship funds will be provided to the Financial Aid Office of your College, University, or Vocational School in time to be available for the Fall 2026 Semester.
