Reporting a Lost Item
If you lost an item at the airport, on an airplane, or in a rental car, you can use one of the methods below to report your missing item(s).
Items Lost or Found Inside the Airport
Lost items in the terminal, at baggage claims, or security checkpoints can be reported by clicking the “Report a lost item” link. If you’re still inside the airport, you may also visit the airport Information Booth to report a lost or found item.
Items Lost or Found in an Aircraft
Lost items on board an aircraft or at an airline counter can be reported by clicking the link under Online Claim Form below.
