Commissary Agent

Catering Agent is responsible for catering operations of the aircraft including: loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies, driving large catering trucks, checking and verifying inventories of supplies.

Major Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Stock catering cars with predetermined levels of product
  • Inventory remaining products and restock catering carts
  • Delivering catering carts to the aircraft prior to take-off via commissary truck
  • Comply with all security requirements of air carriers
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure on time performance of flights
  • Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  • Take all reasonable and necessary precautions to ensure personal health and safety, as well as that of co-workers and any other person(s)
  • Report immediately to management, all unsafe and unhealthy conditions

    The Passenger Service Agent’s role is to provide friendly customer service for airline passengers including but not limited to computerized passenger check in, baggage service, greeting arriving passengers, jet way operation and providing special assistance as required.

  • Computerized Check in of passenger and baggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Verify passenger documentation for correct boarding pass and bag identification.

  • Operation of Jet way for arriving and departing flights.
  • Announcements for boarding of flight and flight arrival.
  • Assist passengers upon arrival

    Passenger Care Agent

    The Passenger Care Agent facilitates the transportation of Airline passengers with reduced mobility and passengers in need of assistance from the check-in to the aircraft. They will also assist in transporting them off the aircraft and to the terminal curb. Assist passengers using a wheelchair through the terminal facility. Independence with little guidance or supervision to complete tasks is needful.

    • Ensure the terminal is consistently adequately maintained with wheelchair equipment in the operational areas
