Terminal Level 1

Terminal Level 1
Entrance/Exit Terminal level 1 has 11 entrances and exits. There are four entrances/exits at the west end of the terminal, with one entrance/exit being the Parking Garage, three entrances/exits at the east end of the terminal, and two entrances/exits at the center of the terminal. The other two entrances/exits can be found further east beyond Customs and lead to Baggage Claim areas 6-8.
Escalators, Elevators, and Stairs The escalators, elevators, and stairs up to level 2 are directly across from Hudson News and the Information Booth, northwest of the central entrance. The escalators, elevators, and stairs to and from the Parking Garage are located directly across baggage check-in at the west end of the Terminal.
Restrooms Restrooms are located at the west end of the Terminal below the fully restored B-1 Bomber, centrally located by Baggage Claim 1, at the east end by Baggage Claim 3, and at Baggage Claim Areas 6-8. Restrooms in the Welcome Center are located near the center past the rental car counters.
Check-in Check-in areas to get your boarding pass and check baggage are located on the east side of the stairs and escalator up to level 2 or directly in front of the stairs and escalator coming down from the parking garage.
Baggage Claim Baggage claim areas 1 and 2 are centrally located in the Terminal (formerly Terminal B) and to the right of the stairs and escalator. Baggage claim area 3 is on the east side of the Terminal (formerly Terminal B) and directly north of the easternmost entrance and exit. Baggage claim areas 6-8 (formerly Terminal A) are located further down the east side of the Terminal beyond Customs.
Dining/Shopping Level 1 currently has one dining and one shopping option. Brew Landing is located in the center of the Terminal next to Baggage Claim 2 and offers breakfast and grab-and-go delights. Next to Ritazza is Brew Landing, which is under construction and will be coming soon. For shopping, Hudson News can be found next to the Information Booth across the escalator up to level 2. Along with gifts and apparel, Hudson News also offers snacks, drinks, and quick bites.
Global Entry Office The Global Entry Office is located in the east wing of the Terminal, directly to your right after entering the easternmost entrance next to Customs.
Services
Information / Lost & Found The Information Booth and Lost & Found are located directly south of the escalator up to level 2. There is an interactive map of the Terminal next to the Information Booth.
Wheelchairs Wheelchairs are located at the west end of the Terminal, between the escalator up to level 2 and baggage check-in.
Reef Pay for Parking Pay for parking at any Reef kiosk inside the Terminal. There are 3 Reef kiosks accessible on level 1: one can be found coming to and from level 2 of the Parking Garage and two kiosks are located directly south of Baggage Claim 1 & 2.
ATMs Get cash fast at any of the three ATMs at SFB. There are two ATMs located in the Terminal and one in the Welcome Center across the street from the Terminal. One ATM in the Terminal is located at the entrance/exit of the Breezeway to the Parking Garage. The second ATM is located directly south of Baggage Claim 1 & 2 with the Reef Pay for Parking kiosks. The ATM in the Welcome Center can be found to your left just as you enter the Welcome Center.
General
Rental Cars Avis, Hertz, Budget, and Dollar are located across the street from the Terminal in the Welcome Center, directly south of the Customs entrance. Alamo, Enterprise, and National are located in the Alamo building further south of the Welcome Center across Red Cleveland Blvd.
Rideshares and Taxis Uber, Lyft, and Mears Taxi pickup and dropoff services are located across the street from the Terminal and east of the Welcome Center. The SFB Shuttle also provides pickup and dropoff to the long-term parking lot and overflow parking lots (if being used).
Crosswalks There are four crosswalks to get safely across Red Cleveland Boulevard to and from the Terminal. One to and from Level 1 of the Parking Garage, one to and from Rideshare pickup and dropoff, and two crosswalks to and from the Welcome Center. There is one more crosswalk to get safely across Red Cleveland Boulevard to and from the Alamo building for Alamo, Enterprise, and National rental cars.
Badging Office The Badging Office is located at baggage claim areas 6-8 further down the east side of the Terminal beyond Customs. The Badging Office door can be found to the left of baggage claim 6.
Sanford Airport Police Department The Sanford Airport Police Department is located at the west end of the airport Terminal just past the new curbside check-in area.

Dining/Shopping Level 2 has multiple dining and shopping options. To learn about these options, please visit the dining and shopping pages on our website.
Restrooms Level 2 has five restrooms. One restroom is located to the left or west after security. Another is located further down next to Sanford Tap across from Gate 11. The other three restrooms are on the opposite side of Level 2 after Gates 5-9. The first of three restrooms can be found south of World Duty Free adjacent to KidsWorks. The second of three restrooms is further east and just south of the escalator to Baggage Claim 6-8, next to the former American Grill (soon to be Nature's Table). The fifth restroom on level 2 and third on the east end is located in the concourse to Gates 1-4.
Gates Gates 1–4 are located in the new expansion located at the east concourse of the Terminal on level two. The gates increase numerically counter clockwise, starting with Gate 1 which will be on your right upon entering the east concourse. Gates 5-9 are located centrally on level 2 just east of security. Gates 10-16 can be found at the far west end of the Terminal on level two. The gates in the west wing increase numerically counter clockwise, starting with Gate 10 which will be on your right upon entering the west wing.

SFB Parking Lots
There are five parking lots at Sanford International Airport: Lot A, Lot B, Hourly, Garage, and the Cell Lot.
Lot Location
Lot A Parking Lot A is past the Terminal just after the parking garage. There is a walkway and crosswalk to safely get to the Terminal from the long term parking lot. We offer a free shuttle service to the terminal from this lot.
Lot B Parking Lot B is located off Red Cleveland Boulevard before the Terminal on your right. There is a walkway to safely get to the Terminal. We offer a free shuttle service to both terminals from this lot.
Hourly Parking The hourly parking lot will be on your right as you approach the Terminal. There is a walkway to get to Check-In and should only take a couple minutes.
Garage Parking The garage is located across the street from the Terminal. It's a short walk from the garage to the terminal with crosswalks available to safely cross the street.
Cell Lot Parking The cell lot is on the right shortly after turning on to Red Cleveland Boulevard. It's less than a mile from the terminals but not walkable. This lot is free and ideal for parking while waiting for your passenger's flight to arrive.

Courtesy Parking

In all of our lots, courtesy parking is available to vehicles that display the Florida Toll Exemption Permit or have been specially modified with hand controls, lifts, and ramps for use by a person with a disability. Disabled Veterans with an official license plate will also get free parking.

We also have designated combat wounded parking spaces. These spaces are marked to acknowledge and honor the sacrifices made by Purple Heart recipients.

Save on Gas

Cell Phone Lot

Picking up? Wait for your passenger’s flight in SFB’s Cell Phone Parking Lot. This free lot is less than one mile from the airport terminal. Vehicles left unattended for an extended period of time are subject to tow at the owner’s expense.
